F2 Strategy announced that Ryan Beach has been reappointed as chief executive officer following a six-month period during which he explored another executive leadership opportunity.
The Chicago-based consulting, managed services, and research firm, which focuses on digital transformation across the wealth and asset management industry, said the decision follows a comprehensive review by its board and executive team to assess long-term strategy and leadership needs. The process reaffirmed Beach’s alignment with the firm’s culture, operating model, and growth trajectory.
Beach returns at a time of accelerating demand for transformation across the wealth and asset management ecosystem. During his absence, the firm maintained strong operational momentum, reporting more than 80 percent year-over-year growth in 2025 while advancing strategic initiatives, including the acquisition of HBMJ Consulting and the continued integration of Aliter Investment Services.
The company noted that Beach remained in close dialogue with leadership during his time away and gained additional experience working within a large global software organization. That experience reinforced his conviction in F2 Strategy’s mission, culture, and professional services model.
Nick Quil, who served as interim CEO, will transition to vice chairman and support the leadership transition. The firm said no other immediate leadership changes are planned as it continues focusing on helping financial institutions modernize operations, technology, and business models.
