F2 Strategy, a wealth management technology and marketing services company, has acquired Aliter Investment Services, a firm specializing in operations and technology transformation for investment managers and asset servicing providers.
This deal enhances F2’s capabilities in asset servicing for pooled investment vehicles and adds a third core vertical, improving its strategic consulting and delivery across the financial services ecosystem.
Founded by Dan Ahern and Keith Totten, Aliter is recognized for its agile approach to consulting, combining strategic insight with execution-focused delivery.
This is F2 Strategy’s second acquisition of 2025 and its fourth since receiving a majority investment from Renovus Capital Partners two years ago. And F2’s acquisition of Aliter reflects a strategic move to meet the demand for modernization and client-centric solutions in wealth and asset servicing.
