Factua announced the acquisition of Intelsio, a performance marketing and customer acquisition agency with more than a decade of experience serving leading consumer brands. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition brings together Intelsio’s expertise in affiliate marketing, partner programs, lead generation, pay-per-call campaigns, and performance-based customer acquisition with Factua’s AI-driven marketing platform. Factua said the combination is part of a broader acquisition strategy aimed at building a modern performance marketing stack that blends boutique client service with large-scale data, media, and agentic AI capabilities.
Founded by industry veterans, Intelsio has operated as an extension of clients’ growth teams, helping brands scale through strategic partnerships, affinity publishers, and performance-based marketing programs. The company has contributed to growth initiatives that supported several brands on their paths to billion-dollar exits.
Factua provides a platform that integrates first- and third-party data, identity resolution, and activation across email, SMS, paid media, SEO, and outbound channels. The platform also incorporates AI-powered capabilities, including automated creative optimization, AI-based media buying, and agentic search tools that identify publishing partners at scale. In addition, Factua owns audience properties such as CleanPlates.com.
The combined organization aims to provide executive-level client service while leveraging AI systems capable of rapidly testing, optimizing, and scaling marketing campaigns. Existing Intelsio clients will continue to work with the same team while gaining access to Factua’s technology infrastructure.
The acquisition represents the latest transaction in Factua’s strategy of acquiring businesses with specialized expertise and integrating them into a unified operating platform.
Intelsio’s leadership team and employees will remain in place following the transaction.
