Faraday Future Raises 2026 Shipment Target To 2,000 Units After June Robotics Momentum

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric shared a weekly business update from founder and global CEO YT Jia, highlighting growth in its embodied AI robotics business and plans to raise its full-year shipment target.

The company said sales, shipments, and deliveries of FF EAI robots reached 105 units in June.

From March through June, cumulative volume reached 242 units, exceeding the company’s original target of 220 units.

Faraday Future said it plans to raise its full-year shipment target to 2,000 units. This marks the second increase to the company’s annual target after an April adjustment from 1,000 units to 1,500 units.

Jia said the stronger outlook reflects momentum tied to the company’s five transformation initiatives after his return as global CEO nearly two months ago.

Faraday Future said its robotics business is benefiting from five strengths: robot device capability, the EAI Brain, Data Factory, Industry Bridge, and an ecosystem flywheel.

The company said the six major series of its Full-Form FF EAI Robot World are now complete, creating what it describes as a “one brain, multiple forms” robotics lineup.

Faraday Future is also building a full-stack embodied AI solution based on vision-language-action and world model technology. The company said the EAI Brain is central to this effort, supported by its developer platform and Data Factory.

Its initial goal is to build a leading EAI Brain and foundation model for the EAI robotics education ecosystem in the U.S. and eventually globally.

Faraday Future also highlighted its presence at Automate, the largest robotics and automation trade show in North America.

The company said its Full-Form FF EAI Robot World drew significant attention at the event from potential customers, ecosystem partners, and media outlets.

Jia said the reception at Automate reflected accelerating interest in Physical AI and showed that Faraday Future is seeking to move beyond single-product robotics competition into a model built around practical applications, ecosystem development, and scaled deployment.

Faraday Future also plans to participate in ISTE Live 2026 in Orlando from June 29 to July 1. The company said it will use the education technology conference to advance collaboration with K-12 schools, educational institutions, FF Par partners, developers, and ecosystem partners.

On the B2B side, Faraday Future plans to accelerate adoption of its EAI robotics education products and solutions across schools and institutions. On the B2C side, the company said family education will remain its first-stage entry point into the consumer robotics market.

The company also filed a new S-3 registration statement with the SEC to renew an earlier S-3 registration statement that became effective in June 2023. Faraday Future said the filing is intended to maintain financing flexibility while it implements its Three-in-One strategy.

Jia said the company has used its prior S-3 prudently, with approximately $28 million issued out of the original $300 million registered amount.

Faraday Future said it plans to continue pursuing a “Stockholders First” approach, reduce reliance on convertible debt financing, and move toward a financing structure centered on operating cash flow, mid- to long-term financial investors, and strategic investment.

The company also said the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office recently granted it a patent for its AIHER range-extending hybrid transmission system.

Faraday Future said the technology features a “range-extension-first, hybrid-assist” architecture designed to provide a more efficient powertrain solution. The company said the system preserves the refueling advantages of internal combustion vehicles while delivering an electric-motor-driven experience and reducing mechanical complexity.

Faraday Future is a U.S.-based Physical AI ecosystem company focused on robotics and mobility solutions through AI technologies. The company’s embodied AI robotics strategy includes EAI humanoid and bionic robots and EAI automotive-focused robots.

KEY QUOTES:

“For Weekly Report Issue #61, I’d like to start with two important bits of progress: FF EAI robots reached another record-high month of sales, shipments, and deliveries, and we are raising our full-year target once again. This is also an early result that the team and I are proud to share, nearly two months after I returned as FF Global CEO and began driving our five new transformations.”

“In June, sales, shipments, and deliveries of FF EAI robots reached 105 units. From March through June, cumulative volume reached 242 units, exceeding our original target of 220 units.”

“At the same time, we have decided to raise our full-year shipment target to 2,000 units. This marks the second increase to our full-year target, following our April adjustment from 1,000 units to 1,500 units.”

“As a U.S.-based EAI robotics company, FF is leveraging its Three-in-One ecosystem strategy and five unique strengths to help move the industry beyond single-product competition and into a new stage defined by practical applications, ecosystem development, and scaled deployment.”
