Faraday Future Signs MOU With RobotShop To Expand EAI Robotics Distribution

By Amit Chowdhry ● May 15, 2026

Faraday Future announced that its FF AI-Robotics division has signed a memorandum of understanding with RobotShop, marking RobotShop as the company’s first FF PAR partner in the Embodied AI robotics category.

The partnership enables FF’s EAI robotics products to go live immediately on RobotShop’s global platform, allowing professional buyers across RobotShop’s network to purchase FF robotics products directly. The collaboration is designed to support Faraday Future’s broader strategy of scaling its embodied AI robotics business and accelerating deployment in education and professional robotics markets.

According to the company, the agreement supports three major strategic initiatives. First, it provides market validation for FF’s FF PAR co-creation ecosystem and online direct-sales model, demonstrating that the framework is now operating commercially rather than remaining conceptual. Second, the partnership creates immediate access to professional robotics buyers across North America and other global markets through RobotShop’s established distribution infrastructure. Third, the partnership supports FF’s effort to expand its EAI education strategy, particularly within K-12 schools, universities, education camps, and household education robotics programs.

Faraday Future said it is the first U.S. company to deliver both humanoid and bionic embodied AI robots while also expanding aggressively into the education sector. As of April 30, 2026, the company reported cumulative shipments of 68 EAI robots with positive product gross margins. The company expects shipment momentum to continue accelerating during May as it works toward a first delivery quarter target of 200 units and cumulative shipments exceeding 1,000 units during 2026.

The company also emphasized its “Device-Data-Brain” operating model, which it says creates a self-reinforcing cycle in which increased robot deployments generate more data for AI training, improving product intelligence and accelerating additional sales and deployments.

Faraday Future stated that future priorities include expanding strategic procurement partnerships with educational institutions and accelerating the rollout of household education robots under its “EAI Robotics + EAI EV” dual-engine strategy.
