Fasset has raised $68 million in Series C funding at a $1 billion valuation, making the AI-powered stablecoin neobanking company a fintech unicorn. SBI Group led the financing, which follows Fasset’s $51 million Series B completed earlier in 2026.
Fasset has now raised $119 million during 2026 and more than $150 million since its founding.
The company plans to use the Series C to expand Own Network, its regulated financial infrastructure connecting banks, telecommunications companies, payment providers, liquidity providers, custody providers and settlement networks.
Additional capital will fund agentic AI systems supporting corridor banking, stablecoin settlement and tokenized asset infrastructure.
Own Network operates across more than 100 banking corridors.
Fasset uses AI to select how transactions are routed across currencies, payment systems, liquidity providers and settlement methods based on cost, speed and availability.
The company currently processes more than $40 billion in annualized transaction volume.
Fasset serves more than 3 million wallets across 125 countries and more than 1,000 enterprise customers globally.
Its products allow consumers, businesses and institutions to receive, hold, transfer, spend and invest across currencies and asset classes.
