Fastco Canada, a subsidiary of Groupe Touchette and a leading Canadian manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket alloy and steel wheels, announced the acquisition of the Envy wheel brand. The deal strengthens Fastco’s growing portfolio and reinforces its strategy to expand its footprint in the North American wheel market with products designed and engineered specifically for Canadian roads and conditions.
The acquisition consolidates complementary design approaches, engineering capabilities, and shared commitments to innovation. Fastco, which was itself acquired by Groupe Touchette in 2023, will lead product development and brand positioning for Envy, while Groupe Touchette will oversee market deployment and customer support through its national distribution network. The move positions both companies to offer expanded choice, greater fitment precision powered by FastFinder technology, and improved product availability for partners and dealers across Canada.
Under Fastco ownership, the Envy brand will continue producing alloy and steel wheels and will benefit from ongoing design advancements tailored to Canadian drivers. Customers and dealers will gain access to Groupe Touchette’s combined distribution reach, enhanced warranty support, and new wheel designs aligned with Canadian market needs.
Fastco, founded in 1989, operates facilities in Quebec, Ontario, and Alberta and develops multiple brand families, including Fast Wheels, Fast EV, Fast FC, Fast HD, Braelin, and Replika. Groupe Touchette, founded in 1979, is the largest Canadian-owned tire distributor with more than 40 distribution centers nationwide and a portfolio of retail and wholesale banners serving car manufacturers, dealerships, and independent retailers.
