Feltsense Holdings announced it raised $5.1 million in seed funding to build AI agents that operate as fully autonomous founders, ideating products, building them, and taking them to market without human intervention.
The company’s concept centers on “agentic founders” who autonomously identify market opportunities, develop products, and acquire customers. Feltsense said some agents will be assigned to pre-defined ideas, while others will independently identify opportunities and pursue them.
Feltsense said it plans to retain ownership of the companies created by these AI founders, while still enabling those companies to raise outside capital by exchanging equity stakes. The company positioned the approach as a way to scale company creation beyond what human founders can reasonably pursue, aiming at a “long tail” of niche opportunities.
The seed round was led by Draper Associates, with participation from Precursor Ventures, Liquid2 Ventures, Matt Schlicht, Jager McConnell, and Peter Green.
Feltsense said the new capital will be used primarily for hiring and product development. The company also highlighted CEO Marik Hazan’s background, including prior work in growth roles and venture investing.
