Ferrari Names Massimiliano Di Silvestre Chief Marketing And Commercial Officer

Ferrari announced that Massimiliano Di Silvestre has been appointed Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer, effective July 1, 2026.

In the new role, Di Silvestre will join Ferrari’s Leadership Team and report directly to Chief Executive Officer Benedetto Vigna.

Di Silvestre will succeed Enrico Galliera, who is leaving the role after more than 16 years with Ferrari. The company said Galliera has decided to begin a new chapter in his professional journey and had shared the decision with Ferrari some time ago.

Ferrari credited Galliera with making a significant contribution to the company’s growth and helping strengthen the Ferrari brand globally throughout his long tenure.

Di Silvestre brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the premium and luxury automotive sector. He previously served as President and CEO of BMW Group Italy, one of BMW Group’s most important global markets.

Throughout his career, Di Silvestre has developed expertise in managing complex organizations, driving commercial development, and leading business transformation across international markets.

Ferrari said Di Silvestre’s international experience and leadership will support the company as it enters its next phase of growth.
