Ferrari reported net revenue of €1.94 billion for the second quarter of 2026, up 8.4% from €1.79 billion in the same period last year. Revenue increased 10.6% on a constant-currency basis. Operating profit increased 9.5% to €605 million, producing an EBIT margin of 31.2%, compared with 30.9% one year earlier.
The luxury automaker generated net profit of €463 million, up 8.9% from €425 million. Diluted earnings per share increased to €2.62 from €2.38. EBITDA reached €755 million, compared with €709 million in the prior-year quarter, while the EBITDA margin was approximately 39%. Industrial free cash flow increased 39% to €276 million.
Revenue from cars and spare parts increased 8.1% to €1.63 billion. The improvement was primarily attributed to a richer sports car mix, including contributions from the F80, along with higher revenue from personalized vehicle options. Negative currency effects, primarily involving the U.S. dollar and Japanese yen, partially offset those gains.
Ferrari shipped 3,366 vehicles during the quarter, compared with 3,494 vehicles one year earlier. The reduction reflected planned model transitions. Deliveries of the 12Cilindri, 12Cilindri Spider, Purosangue and 296 Speciale family increased, while the Amalfi and 849 Testarossa continued ramping up. F80 shipments also increased according to plan.
The company’s product portfolio during the quarter included six internal combustion engine models and seven hybrid models. Internal combustion engine vehicles represented 69.8% of shipments, while hybrid vehicles accounted for 30.2%.
Ferrari raised its 2026 financial guidance due to stronger-than-expected personalizations and lower anticipated currency headwinds. The company now expects approximately €7.60 billion in full-year revenue, compared with its previous forecast of approximately €7.50 billion.
Adjusted EBITDA is now expected to reach at least €2.97 billion with a margin of at least 39%, while adjusted operating profit is projected to reach at least €2.26 billion with a margin of at least 29.5%. Ferrari also raised its adjusted diluted earnings-per-share forecast to at least €9.68 and its industrial free cash flow outlook to at least €1.55 billion.
For the first six months of 2026, Ferrari generated €3.79 billion in revenue, €1.15 billion in operating profit and €876 million in net profit. First-half vehicle shipments totaled 6,802 units, compared with 7,087 during the first half of 2025.
KEY QUOTES:
“The robust results achieved in the second quarter reflect our disciplined execution and the continued strength of our strategy. A sustained trend in personalizations allows us to raise the guidance for the year. In a single quarter, we introduced the Ferrari Luce and the Ferrari 12Cilindri Manuale: two very different sports cars that embody the same Ferrari DNA and demonstrate how we blend tradition and innovation in unique ways. Today we have the most complete line-up in Ferrari history and we continue to experience healthy demand, with an order book that entirely covers 2027.”
