Fever Raises $250 Million Led By EQT To Expand Global Live Entertainment Platform

Fever, a global technology platform for culture and live entertainment, has raised $250 million in a primary equity financing round led by EQT, with significant participation from Point72 Private Investments, Baillie Gifford, and other existing investors. Announced on September 17, 2026, the financing will support Fever’s international expansion, technology development, and partnerships across sports, concerts, museums, festivals, and other live entertainment categories. The company described the transaction as the largest financing round ever raised by a live entertainment technology company.

The investment follows three years of substantial growth for Fever, during which the company more than tripled its revenue while maintaining positive EBITDA. It has also strengthened its presence across North America and Asia, expanding its relationships with entertainment organizations and developing technology to help partners reach audiences and manage ticketing operations.

Fever plans to use the new capital to expand beyond the 55 countries in which it currently operates, deepen its presence across major entertainment categories, and increase investment in its technology platform.

The company was co-founded by Ignacio Bachiller, Francisco Hein, and Alexandre Pérez, who have built a business connecting consumers with cultural attractions and live experiences while providing technology and distribution services to entertainment organizations.

Its platform allows consumers to discover and book experiences ranging from immersive exhibitions and concerts to sporting events, museums, theatrical performances, and festivals.

During 2025, Fever’s platform inspired more than 300 million people to discover live entertainment and cultural experiences across its international markets, according to the company.

The new financing will support Fever’s efforts to expand this reach while developing additional tools for its entertainment partners.

These partners include event promoters, venues, sports teams, attractions, artists, museums, and cultural institutions, which use Fever’s technology to understand consumer demand, reach prospective audiences, manage ticketing, and expand successful entertainment formats into additional markets.

The company intends to invest further in its data and technology capabilities, enabling partners to make more informed decisions about event distribution, audience engagement, and international expansion.

Fever’s growth strategy also reflects its belief that demand for in-person entertainment will remain strong as artificial intelligence transforms other areas of the economy.

While AI is changing how digital content is produced and consumed, the company is positioning its platform around experiences that depend on physical attendance and personal interaction.

Its approach combines technology-enabled discovery and distribution with events that bring audiences together in real-world environments.

Fever has established partnerships with major organizations across sports, entertainment, and cultural attractions.

Its recently added partners include Formula 1, SailGP, X Games, the FIFA Arab Cup, Kew Gardens, the National Museum of the Royal Navy, and the Frida Kahlo Museum.

These organizations join an existing partner network that includes FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, the Palace of Versailles, Netflix, Warner Bros., and Primavera Sound.

One of Fever’s most significant recent developments is its new global agreement with Formula 1, under which it will serve as an Official Supplier through 2031.

The agreement will see Fever provide ticketing technology and support initiatives designed to improve the experience of Formula 1 fans worldwide.

As part of the partnership, Fever will deploy its new technology platform across every Formula 1 Grand Prix worldwide through the sport’s official global website.

The companies will also collaborate on expanding the international distribution of official race tickets, hospitality experiences, and Paddock Club packages.

The arrangement gives Fever a role in the ticketing and distribution infrastructure supporting one of the world’s largest international sporting organizations.

Beyond Formula 1, the company plans to use its technology to help entertainment organizations introduce successful event formats into new countries and reach audiences beyond their existing markets.
