FGS Global has acquired Rich Feuer Anderson, a bipartisan Washington, D.C. government affairs firm specializing in financial services, energy, technology, and regulatory policy.
The acquisition combines RFA’s government affairs and advocacy capabilities with FGS’s strategic communications, transaction advisory, crisis management, and international platform.
Founded in 2003, RFA advises Fortune 500 companies, fintech companies, banks, asset managers, insurers, energy producers, utilities, infrastructure companies, and other businesses facing regulatory and legislative challenges.
Its capabilities extend beyond traditional lobbying into regulatory risk analysis, investment diligence, policy development, political risk, and congressional oversight matters.
FGS sees increasing demand for integrated advice as companies simultaneously navigate regulators, lawmakers, investors, media coverage, and public opinion.
RFA’s entire team and leadership group will remain intact following the transaction.
The combination also gives RFA’s U.S. clients access to FGS capabilities in Brussels, London, and Asia-Pacific while giving FGS’s international customers stronger connections to U.S. regulators and Congress.
The deal follows FGS’s September 2025 acquisition of healthcare government affairs specialist Tarplin, Downs & Young.
