Fiduciary Services Group (FSG), the parent company of DWC – The 401(k) Experts, announced it has acquired RetireWell Administrators, a New Jersey-based third-party administrator (TPA) specializing in retirement plan administration and consulting services.
Based in Marlton, New Jersey, RetireWell administers more than 425 retirement plans and has established a reputation for helping advisors and plan sponsors navigate complex retirement plan administration through personalized service and technical expertise.
The acquisition marks FSG’s third TPA acquisition of 2026 and follows another transaction completed just two weeks earlier. By integrating RetireWell into DWC, FSG continues expanding its national retirement services platform through acquisitions of firms with established client relationships and specialized retirement plan expertise.
FSG said the transaction strengthens its ability to provide retirement plan administration, compliance, government reporting, actuarial services, trust and custody solutions, and investment advisory services. The company believes RetireWell’s consultative approach and deep technical capabilities complement DWC’s existing retirement plan administration business.
RetireWell specializes in both defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans, serving businesses, financial advisors, and plan sponsors through a personalized service model. The firm will continue supporting clients with the additional resources and broader capabilities available through DWC and FSG.
FSG is the parent company of several retirement services businesses, including PCS Retirement, AdvisorTrust, Aspire, ABGRM, and DWC, and has been actively expanding its platform through acquisitions.
