Fifth Dimension, the decision intelligence platform built for the real assets industry, has raised $26 million in a Series A funding round led by HV Capital, with participation from Prudence, Mercia Ventures, MMC Ventures, and AFG Partners, and continued support from Speedinvest, Seedcamp, and Anthemis Group. The capital will accelerate expansion across the United States, already 70% of the company’s revenue, and into Asia Pacific, where Fifth Dimension has opened a Singapore office.
The company addresses what it describes as a fundamental gap in how decisions are made across the world’s largest asset class: real assets. Despite trillions of dollars in property transactions, decisions continue to be made across PDFs, spreadsheets, and dozens of disconnected systems. Fifth Dimension unifies structured data and unstructured documents into a single intelligence layer, with agentic AI that prepares analysis, surfaces risk, and delivers decisions proactively, with every output traced to its source. Clients including BXP, Realty Income Corporation, Peachtree Group, and Madison International Realty use the platform daily as a single source of truth.
The platform has demonstrated measurable impact across its client base, enabling firms to underwrite complex deals in days rather than weeks, deploy five times more capital with the same team, and lift net operating income by 5%. Fifth Dimension said real assets present a structurally more complex challenge than other domains due to years of financing histories, dozens of stakeholders, and layers of covenant and compliance data that generic AI tools have failed to adequately address. The company’s platform is purpose-trained on real estate workflows with proprietary models designed specifically for the asset class.
The Series A proceeds will also deepen the platform’s agentic AI capabilities and fund further development of its proprietary models. Fifth Dimension said trillions in assets now run through its platform, reflecting rapid adoption among institutional real estate investors and operators seeking to replace fragmented, manual workflows with integrated AI-driven decision making.
