Figure announced it has secured more than $1 billion in committed capital through its Series C financing round, achieving a post-money valuation of $39 billion. Parkway Venture Capital led the investment, joined by Brookfield Asset Management, NVIDIA, Macquarie Capital, Intel Capital, Align Ventures, Tamarack Global, LG Technology Ventures, Salesforce, T-Mobile Ventures, and Qualcomm Ventures. The new funding will accelerate Figure’s mission to deploy autonomous, general-purpose humanoid robots powered by its AI system, Helix, into real-world settings at scale.
To bring humanoid robots into homes and commercial environments, Figure is expanding its production capabilities at BotQ and increasing field deployments. This manufacturing scale-up will enable robots to assist with tasks ranging from household chores to labor-intensive roles in retail, logistics, and healthcare. By growing both assembly lines and deployment programs, Figure aims to demonstrate reliable, safe, and practical robot operations alongside human collaborators.
A cornerstone of Figure’s strategy is building next-generation GPU infrastructure in partnership with NVIDIA. The upgraded compute environment will power Helix’s core models for perception, reasoning, and control, allowing faster training cycles and richer simulations. This foundation enables Helix to learn from complex scenarios, adapt to novel situations, and enhance its decision-making in dynamic, unstructured environments.
Figure is also launching advanced data collection efforts to refine Helix’s embodied intelligence. The company will gather large-scale human video recordings and multimodal sensory inputs—from vision and audio to tactile feedback—to train robots on subtle human behaviors and environmental interactions. These real-world datasets are crucial for teaching robots to navigate cluttered spaces, handle fragile objects, and collaborate seamlessly with people in both everyday and industrial contexts.
