Fin.com, a financial infrastructure company building a unified network for global money movement, has emerged from stealth with $20 million in seed funding after growing annual recurring revenue more than 50-fold since the beginning of 2026. The round was led by Expa and Uber co-founder Garrett Camp, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Tenet Fund, Figure founders, Mesh founder Bam Azizi, Second Sight Ventures and sovereign and royal family offices across the Gulf and Africa.
Fin.com is already profitable and has completed seven acquisitions, built a team of more than 200 employees across six offices and processed billions of dollars in payment volume across more than 51 countries. Its infrastructure supports customers whose combined platforms reach approximately 825 million users worldwide.
The company’s platform provides one orchestration layer for collecting, converting and moving money internationally through local payment rails, USD virtual accounts, SWIFT, stablecoin settlement, liquidity and compliance infrastructure. Its geographic focus includes markets in the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Southeast Asia where cross-border payment infrastructure remains particularly fragmented.
Fin.com’s expansion model also differs from many fintech companies. Instead of entering every jurisdiction organically, the company acquires established local operators with existing licenses, banking relationships and market expertise and integrates them into its broader network.
Seven acquisitions have already been completed, and Fin.com is targeting 12 by year-end. The company operates offices in New York, Las Vegas, Dubai, Dhaka, Bangalore and Lahore, with most transactions settling within minutes.
The new funding will support expansion into additional payment corridors and further acquisitions. Fin.com also plans to pursue the acquisition of a bank within the next six months.
KEY QUOTES:
“At Expa, we back founders who build through complexity. Nabeel and Mustafa are tackling one of finance’s hardest problems, one market at a time. Like Bending Spoons, they combine acquisitions with speed, operating discipline, and the ability to make strong businesses more valuable together. We’re excited to help them build Fin.com into a defining global financial brand.”
Vitor Lourenço, Founding Partner at Expa
