Finback Investment Partners announced the successful closing of its second private equity fund, Finback Investment Partners 2024 Fund, LP, with nearly $500 million in capital commitments. The oversubscribed fund attracted commitments from both new and existing limited partners and reflects continued investor demand for the firm’s strategic value-add investment model.
The new fund continues Finback Investment Partners’s strategy of partnering with private equity sponsors on buyout and growth investments where the firm believes its “Network Capital” approach can accelerate portfolio company growth. The firm describes Network Capital as its network of executives, investors, operators, and policymakers that can support business development, sales expansion, market entry, and strategic initiatives.
Finback invests across sectors, including healthcare, digital infrastructure, financial services, software, technology, industrials, and education. The fund has already invested in a portfolio of companies, including HUB International, OMNIA Partners, Spectrum Safety Solutions, ReliaQuest, Blue Cloud, Vermont Information Processing, and HealthEdge.
According to the firm, it reviews more than 100 investment opportunities annually and advances only a limited number in which it believes its network and operational expertise can contribute meaningfully to long-term company growth.
Finback Investment Partners currently manages approximately $1.1 billion in assets under management and has partnered with more than 25 portfolio companies since inception.
