Findem: $51 Million Closed To Advance AI-Driven Hiring Through Expert-Labeled Talent Dataset

By Amit Chowdhry • Oct 22, 2025

Findem, an AI-based talent acquisition and management platform that combines human expertise with machine intelligence, announced that it has raised $51 million in new funding to accelerate the development of its domain-specific Talent AI. The funding round includes a Series C led by SLW, with participation from Wing Ventures, Harmony Capital, Four Rivers Group, and growth financing from J.P. Morgan, bringing Findem’s total funding to $105 million.

The new capital follows a year of exceptional growth for Findem, including 3x year-over-year expansion, recognition on the Inc. 5000’s top 10% list, and honors from Fortune and Fast Company as one of America’s most innovative companies. The company plans to use the funding to scale its expert-labeled dataset further, develop agentic workflows optimized for outcomes, and drive go-to-market initiatives to meet increasing global demand.

Findem is pioneering a data-driven approach to talent acquisition by transforming how organizations source, evaluate, and retain employees. Unlike traditional recruiting tools that rely on resumes or public datasets, Findem’s proprietary data labeling engine captures “success signals”—patterns of attributes validated by experienced recruiters that reveal who is most likely to thrive in a given role, culture, or team. This methodology turns recruiting expertise into structured, AI-ready data, bridging the gap between automation and strategic decision-making.

The company’s technology enables recruiters to identify talent beyond surface-level credentials—understanding, for example, how a military logistics officer may be suited for a senior supply chain role or recognizing leadership potential in an engineer who has scaled startups. This next-generation approach enables organizations to build diverse, high-performing teams with precision, reducing time-to-hire and improving workforce agility.

Launched in 2020, Findem’s engine now powers over 800 million multidimensional profiles derived from millions of labeled attributes, giving AI unprecedented insight into human potential. The company calls this “3D data”—a contextual, richly layered representation of talent that extends far beyond resumes or LinkedIn profiles.

The funding will also support Findem’s strategic partnerships with organizations that bring deep expertise in workforce equity and veteran hiring. These collaborations aim to make overlooked talent—such as veterans and diverse candidates—more visible and accessible to employers, further enhancing Findem’s mission to connect companies with the best candidates through data and intelligence.
