The transaction positions Findem to expand into the $650 billion global staffing market, where companies often rely on multiple vendors for sourcing, vetting and compliance. By consolidating these functions into one AI-driven platform, Findem aims to reduce supplier costs while improving hiring accuracy and speed. The company also plans to introduce outcome-based pricing tied directly to successful hires, reflecting confidence in its ability to deliver qualified candidates.
