Findem: AI Talent Platform Acquires Glider AI To Deliver Hire-Ready Candidates

Findem announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI, a skills validation platform, in a move aimed at creating an end-to-end AI-powered hiring solution that delivers verified, hire-ready candidates.

The combined platform will integrate Findem’s talent discovery capabilities with Glider AI’s skills validation, autonomous AI interviews, and identity verification. Together, the companies aim to streamline hiring by ensuring candidates are discovered, assessed, and verified before reaching hiring managers.

The acquisition positions Findem to expand into the $650 billion global staffing market by consolidating functions traditionally handled by multiple vendors into a single AI-driven platform. The company said this approach can reduce supplier costs, improve hiring efficiency, and enable organizations to reallocate savings toward more competitive compensation.

Findem’s proprietary Labeling Engine processes billions of unstructured data points to generate insights about candidates, while Glider adds a validation layer through skills assessments and identity verification. The combined solution is designed to improve confidence in hiring decisions and shift the industry toward outcomes-based hiring.

Findem also announced it will introduce outcome-aligned pricing tied to successful hires, reflecting confidence in its ability to deliver pre-qualified candidates.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks, subject to customary conditions. Following the close, Glider AI will continue to operate under its existing brand within Findem’s platform.
