Findem Acquires Getro To Launch Intelligent Job Post And Expand Agentic Hiring Capabilities

By Amit Chowdhry • Dec 11, 2025

Findem has acquired Getro and unveiled its Intelligent Job Post product, a move that the company says positions it at the forefront of AI-driven recruiting. The acquisition brings together Getro’s extensive network relationship platform with Findem’s expert labeled data infrastructure in an effort to shift hiring from passive applicant collection to proactive talent delivery.

The combined capabilities are designed to transform static job listings into autonomous agents that source, engage, and qualify candidates with minimal manual intervention.

Getro supports more than eight hundred venture capital firms, private equity organizations, economic development groups, chambers of commerce, and professional communities. Together, these networks encompass more than 3.5 million open jobs and represent some of the most trusted ecosystems for talent. Findem said integrating these networks into its agentic system significantly strengthens its ability to surface high-quality candidates by activating relationships and community trust.

The Intelligent Job Post is intended to address what Findem sees as the growing inefficiency of traditional job boards, where an increase in AI-generated applications and unqualified submissions has forced recruiters to spend more time filtering traffic. The company said its new offering uses verified data, performance indicators, and relationship insights to identify candidates with a higher likelihood of a strong fit before they ever apply.

The launch includes expanded capabilities through partner agents such as Glider AI and RecruitMilitary. Glider AI adds identity verification, interviewing, skills evaluation, and scheduling to help validate candidate integrity and skill levels at scale. RecruitMilitary contributes veteran-focused sourcing agents designed to expand access to military talent across the United States. Findem said these partnerships create a composable ecosystem in which specialized agents complement each other to improve hiring accuracy and speed.

At the core of the platform is Findem’s Data Labeling Engine, which processes billions of unstructured data points to generate verified Success Signals and Relationship Signals. These data layers help agents interpret candidate history, evaluate team compatibility, and understand relationship pathways. According to the company, the approach allows autonomous agents to deliver more consistent outcomes while reducing mishires.

Findem said early access to the Intelligent Job Post is available now, with full availability expected in the first quarter of 2026. Pricing is based on outcomes. Existing Getro products will continue to operate under the Getro brand, and customers will gradually gain access to Findem’s expanded agentic capabilities.
