Fisent Technologies announced it delivered triple-digit growth in 2025 as enterprises expanded deployments of its BizAI platform to automate unstructured content processing across regulated and complex workflows.

The company reported 206% year-over-year total revenue growth and 365% growth in licensing revenue, driven by expanded rollouts with new and existing customers. Fisent said customers are running more than three BizAI implementations on average, with additional deployments planned in 2026. The company also reported 173% net revenue retention in 2025 and said it has had zero customer churn over the past three years.

Fisent attributed its momentum to the broader push among enterprises to move generative AI from pilot programs into production, positioning its software as an “Applied GenAI Process Automation” layer that converts unstructured content into automated outcomes within existing business processes. The company said its customers span banking, lending, wealth management and insurance, and collectively generate more than $30 billion in annual revenue.

In 2025, Fisent said it nearly doubled its global team while expanding product capabilities, including the release of an agentic “Actions Framework,” the launch of a self-service BizAI Studio for configuration and visibility into use-case performance, and deeper content-processing and model-evaluation features aimed at scaling production use cases. The company also said it completed $2 million in seed funding from Pegasystems and Cloudberry Ventures.

Fisent highlighted security and compliance work tailored to regulated industries, including penetration testing and a 2025 SOC 2 Type 2 audit with an expanded scope. It also introduced a confidence rating capability designed to support auditability and rigorous automation of repetitive expert decisions.

The company pointed to customer wins in financial services, citing AEGIS London, CMG Financial, one of the world’s largest wealth management firms, and multiple banks adopting BizAI to automate complex tasks. In manufacturing, Fisent said Westinghouse Electric implemented BizAI to streamline parts and equipment fulfillment for nuclear plants.

Looking ahead, Fisent said it plans to expand deployments among Fortune 500 prospects and customers, positioning unstructured content processing as a “last mile” opportunity for enterprise automation that can unlock significant operational value while integrating with legacy systems.

“2025 was the year Applied GenAI Process Automation became an imperative. As compared to the challenges with testing and trialing AI agents today, our customers are in production with Fisent BizAI implementations operating at scale across many use cases.
