Flexstone Partners has completed its acquisition of Glouston Capital Partners, expanding its private equity secondaries capabilities and increasing the combined platform to more than $15 billion in assets.

Flexstone is a global private markets investment manager and affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers, while Boston-based Glouston specializes in private equity secondaries.

The combination gives Flexstone a broader platform spanning primary investments, co-investments and secondary private equity strategies across North America, Europe and Asia.

Glouston strengthens Flexstone’s presence in the North American middle-market secondaries segment and adds relationships across the private equity ecosystem.

Glouston’s investment team has joined Flexstone and will continue operating from Boston. Its investment strategy and team will remain intact, while its strategies will be rebranded under the Flexstone Partners name.

Existing fund structures, limited partner agreements and investment mandates will remain unchanged.

All six Glouston partners have become Managing Partners of Flexstone, and the combined investment organization includes 37 investment professionals across New York, Boston, Paris, Geneva and Singapore.

Glouston has invested more than $2.9 billion across 290 secondary transactions since 1994.
