Floqer Raises $2 Million Pre-Seed To Expand Autonomous Customer Knowledge Platform For GTM Teams

Floqer, an AI startup building an autonomous customer knowledge base for go-to-market (GTM) teams, announced it has raised $2 million in pre-seed funding. The round included participation from Perplexity’s F7 Fund, N49P, Tidal Venture Partners, and Perplexity co-founder Denis Yarats.

Founded in October 2024, Floqer has quickly gained traction, surpassing seven figures in annual recurring revenue (ARR), reaching cash-flow positive operations, and serving more than 1,000 companies. Its customer base includes Perplexity, Wise, and AngelList.

The company addresses a growing challenge for sales and marketing teams: while AI has accelerated product development, customer intelligence remains fragmented across public sources, CRMs, internal communications, and sales interactions. Floqer brings together data from more than 100 third-party sources alongside a company’s structured and unstructured internal data to create a continuously updated customer knowledge base.

The platform enables GTM teams to identify buying signals, generate lookalike prospect lists, automate lead enrichment, and improve CRM data quality. Floqer combines workflow automation with a unified customer database, while eliminating row limits and per-seat pricing. Built around large language models from its inception, the platform also offers no-code automation and can operate directly through Claude.

The newly raised funding will be used to expand Floqer’s first-party integrations, broaden its data coverage, and continue developing its agentic GTM platform.

Mahajan co-founded Floqer with Zaaheda Islam, who previously developed one of the earliest LLM-powered insurance document processing systems at Axis Capital, beginning with GPT-2 and deploying production-grade machine learning systems before the current wave of generative AI adoption.
