Farmers & Merchants Bancorp announced that its subsidiary, F&M Bank, has appointed Shalini Singhal as Chief Information and Technology Officer (CITO), reflecting the bank’s focus on advancing enterprise technology and innovation.

Singhal, who has been with F&M for nearly six years, most recently served as Chief Information Officer. During her tenure, she has played a central role in building the bank’s IT organization and strengthening its technology infrastructure, overseeing functions including systems, support, security, and internal banking platforms.
