FMG, a marketing automation software provider for financial advisors and advisory firms, has appointed co-founder Dave Christensen as chief executive officer and named two new C-suite leaders as the company pushes platform innovation and growth across wealth and insurance channels.
Christensen, previously FMG’s head of product and strategy, succeeds Scott White, who will transition to FMG’s board of directors after nearly a decade as CEO. FMG said White will continue advising the company as a board member.
FMG also hired Michelle Feinstein as chief product and strategy officer, succeeding Christensen in his prior role. Feinstein most recently served as general manager of global financial services solutions and strategy at Salesforce, where she led product strategy and go-to-market execution for wealth and asset management clients. She previously held senior leadership roles at BNY Mellon Pershing and Albridge.
Mo Ayadi joins as chief information officer, overseeing information technology and security. FMG said Ayadi brings experience scaling enterprise business systems, data platforms, and operational reporting, including prior leadership at LPL Financial as senior vice president of financial technology products, where he worked on wealth management platform development, data strategy, and advisor CRM initiatives.
The appointments come as FMG emphasizes AI-driven personalization and product development for enterprise and direct clients, including RIAs, broker-dealers, wirehouses, regional firms, and insurance organizations. The company is backed by private equity firm GTCR.
FMG bills itself as an all-in-one marketing platform for financial advisors, insurance professionals, and enterprises, citing a customer base of more than 80,000 advisors and tools spanning websites, email, social media, texting, events, and content management.
