FMG Suite has added four executives to its senior leadership team as the company expands its artificial intelligence strategy, customer success operations and enterprise sales capabilities.
Christian Short has joined as Senior Vice President of AI Strategy and Operations, while Nathan Worthington has been appointed Senior Vice President of Customer Success.
Kevin Jurick and Jeremy Kowalski have joined as Strategic Enterprise Account Executives.
FMG said the appointments reflect its evolution from a financial adviser marketing platform into a broader compliant growth platform for financial services companies.
The company serves broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, wirehouses, insurance organizations and asset managers that deploy FMG’s platform across large networks of advisers and agents.
Its expansion priorities include AI infrastructure, enterprise customer adoption, institutional sales and compliant marketing automation.
Short joins FMG from EY-Parthenon, where he served as Senior Director and helped develop Enterprise Reimagined, an AI transformation product for financial services clients.
He also worked on the commercialization of EY Growth Platforms, a neurosymbolic AI product.
Before EY, Short spent more than seven years at Bain & Company focusing on financial services and private equity. He also founded a venture-backed telehealth company and served as interim CEO of a consumer health brand.
Earlier in his career, Short worked as chief of staff at AI and fintech venture firm Vestigo Ventures.
Worthington will oversee FMG’s customer success organization across small-business and enterprise segments.
He joins after more than 16 years at Institutional Shareholder Services, where he served as a managing director and led a global client success organization focused on customer relationships, partnerships and renewal rates.
Jurick will focus on enterprise relationships with broker-dealers, RIAs, wirehouses, insurance companies and asset managers.
He previously served as Managing Director and Head of U.S. Strategic Accounts at ISS STOXX and earlier led the company’s North American asset management sales team.
Jurick also spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs, where he served as a vice president and designated market maker on the New York Stock Exchange.
Kowalski joins from Salesforce, where he spent nearly six years as a Strategic Account Director and managed relationships with State Street and Fannie Mae.
He previously held enterprise sales and business development roles at IBM, where he sold AI solutions, and spent eight years at UBS in fixed-income sales and operations.
FMG serves more than 80,000 financial professionals whose marketing activities reach over 45 million U.S. investors.
