Focus Financial Network announced its expansion into the Mid-Atlantic with its first East Coast office in Winchester, Virginia. Jennifer McDonald has joined the firm in the new location as part of its national growth strategy.

McDonald is a 23-year industry veteran and a Qualified Plan Financial Consultant. She chose to affiliate with Focus Financial Network because of its size, strength, industry reputation, and backing from Osaic.

Focus Financial Network said McDonald’s planning-first approach aligns with the firm’s core focus on financial planning. The firm is continuing to expand beyond the Midwest by collaborating with experienced advisors who share its client-focused planning philosophy.

McDonald has lived in Frederick County for 34 years and brings more than two decades of wealth management experience to the firm. She specializes in financial planning, retirement income and distribution planning, investment management, and risk management.

Her approach is focused on helping clients navigate changing life circumstances while building long-term financial confidence. The Winchester office gives Focus Financial Network a new foothold in the East Coast market.

McDonald is also active in the Winchester community. She serves as Vice Chair of the Winchester Medical Center Foundation Board, has volunteered with the organization for more than 15 years, and is an active Girl Scout leader.
