FoodScience, a leading health and wellness solutions provider for pets and people, announced the acquisition of Natural Dog Company, a brand known for its renowned dog care products. Launched in 2006 and based in North Carolina, Natural Dog Company has earned loyal customers through its dedication to practical solutions.

This marks FoodScience’s first acquisition since it became a portfolio company of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) in November 2024. With more than 50 years of experience, FoodScience is known for its product innovation, rigorous quality standards, and trusted brands, including VetriScience, Pet Naturals, and DaVinci Labs.
