Form3, a cloud-native account-to-account platform, announced a new investor: British Patient Capital. Along with existing strategic and financial investors, including Visa, Form3 has now raised a total of $60 million in C-series extension funding to continue its growth journey.
This funding round will enable Form3 to develop new products and services to help support exponential growth in key markets such as the UK, Europe and the US.
This funding announcement follows Visa’s recent investment in Form3 and its cloud-native account-to-account platform. Major strategic players include Visa support and Form3’s vision for the future of next-generation payments infrastructure.
