FormativGroup, backed by Rockbridge Growth Equity, announced it has acquired Flok, a specialist in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions. The transaction is aimed at strengthening FormativGroup’s application solutions platform and deepening its expertise across customer support transformation and digital engagement.

Founded in 2015, Flok provides integrated Salesforce services focused on service automation, digital experience design, and implementations in regulated industries. The firm has built capabilities in optimizing Service Cloud environments, developing Experience Cloud portals, supporting Government Cloud requirements, and modernizing customer support workflows. Its work often involves migrating legacy systems into Salesforce ecosystems and redesigning workflows to improve operational efficiency and engagement.

The acquisition enhances FormativGroup’s ability to deliver scalable, integrated technology ecosystems centered on application solutions, workflow design, and data architecture. By adding Flok’s specialized Salesforce expertise, the combined platform is positioned to accelerate innovation and expand its reach across mid-market and regulated industry clients.
