Fortifi Food Processing Solutions has announced its acquisition of Provisur Technologies, a leader in protein processing solutions. This move supports Fortifi’s goal of providing advanced automation, robotics, and software.
The acquisition will enhance Fortifi’s downstream capabilities in grinding, forming, slicing, and tumbling, while Provisur’s brands—AM2C, Beehive, and Weiler—will strengthen Fortifi’s product offerings for food processing customers globally.
Additionally, the partnership will enhance Fortifi’s aftermarket services, providing improved access to parts, service, and expertise. Provisur’s support network will help reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Provisur employees will also have the opportunity to join Fortifi’s ownership program after the acquisition closes, which is expected in the fourth quarter of 2025, pending regulatory approvals.
