Fortify Restoration, a portfolio company of Osceola Capital, announced the acquisition of Beaches Construction, expanding Fortify’s footprint into Florida’s Panhandle while also increasing its presence in the Jacksonville and Tampa markets. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition represents Fortify Restoration’s third acquisition since the platform launched in June 2025 and continues the company’s broader strategy of building a statewide structural restoration platform across Florida and the Southeast.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Panama City Beach, Beaches Construction specializes in concrete restoration, waterproofing, painting, exterior renovations, and structural repair services for high-rise condominiums, hotels, and commercial buildings throughout the Florida Panhandle. Under the leadership of Philip Bonabi, the company developed operations across multiple Florida markets including Panama City Beach, Jacksonville, and Tampa.

Fortify Restoration said the acquisition builds upon its earlier partnership with Beach Contracting, which established the company’s initial South Florida presence. The addition of Beaches Construction extends Fortify’s geographic reach into additional high-growth Florida markets while strengthening its capabilities in structural restoration and exterior rehabilitation services.

The company provides services including concrete restoration, waterproofing, building recertification support, painting, and window, railing, and roof replacement for high-rise residential and commercial properties.

Osceola Capital, based in Tampa, focuses on lower middle-market services businesses and has experience executing buy-and-build strategies across portfolio companies.
