Fossil Group elected Sebastian DiGrande and Chandhu Nair to its Board of Directors and named Wendy Schoppert Chair of the Board.
DiGrande and Nair were elected at Fossil Group’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on October 2, 2026.
DiGrande was appointed to the Compensation and Talent Management Committee, while Nair joined the Audit Committee.
Schoppert, who joined Fossil Group’s Board in May 2025, became Chair effective October 2.
The company’s Board now consists of seven members, six of whom are independent directors.
Fossil said the appointments add experience spanning global retail, enterprise technology, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and omnichannel commerce as the company continues executing its turnaround strategy.
DiGrande brings more than 30 years of experience across technology, retail, and environmental businesses.
He co-founded and currently serves as CEO of PCX Markets, a climate technology and plastic responsibility platform operating in 16 countries.
DiGrande previously served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Chief Customer Officer at Gap.
Earlier, he spent 21 years at Boston Consulting Group, where he advised large companies and boards on strategy, transformation, M&A, technology, and organizational change.
Nair brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief AI Officer at Target.
He previously spent six years at Lowe’s, where he launched and led the company’s enterprise AI Transformation Office.
Nair also previously co-founded and served as CEO of Cognitive Retail and held technology and e-commerce leadership roles at Staples and Infosys.
