Foundation Source, a provider of philanthropic software and services, has appointed Sabrina Bailey as president in a newly created leadership role to support the company’s continued expansion and platform development. Bailey will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Joseph Mrak III.
The appointment follows a period of growth for Foundation Source, including both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. In 2025, the company facilitated more than $4 billion in charitable grants, the largest annual total in its history, while continuing to develop its integrated philanthropic technology platform designed to support donors, nonprofits, financial advisors, and institutions.
As president, Bailey will work closely with the executive leadership team to drive strategic alignment, operational execution and enterprise integration across the organization’s expanding portfolio of philanthropic solutions. Her responsibilities will include overseeing core business lines and several key functional areas while strengthening cross-functional coordination, improving performance metrics and ensuring consistent client outcomes across private foundations, donor-advised funds, planned giving programs and nonprofit solutions.
Bailey joins Foundation Source from Fiducient Advisors, where she served as chief executive officer of the national investment consulting firm that serves institutions and families. She also brings leadership experience from senior roles at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), Northern Trust and Mercer, where she led strategic initiatives spanning financial services and technology-enabled platforms.
Foundation Source said the leadership addition reflects its ongoing transformation into an enterprise-grade philanthropic technology provider. The company currently supports more than 5,600 private foundations, 20,000 donor-advised fund accounts and 1,700 nonprofits, administering more than $55 billion in charitable assets and facilitating more than 190,000 grants and planned gifts annually.
