FourthSquare has appointed Josh Ezring as president and chief revenue officer to lead the company’s revenue strategy and support its next phase of growth. Ezring will help expand FourthSquare’s artificial intelligence, cloud and managed services offerings as the company works with organizations on enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
He brings more than 30 years of experience in enterprise technology and has spent over two decades working within the Oracle ecosystem.
Ezring previously spent more than 15 years at Oracle, developing experience across enterprise applications, cloud transformation and modernization strategy.
Throughout his career, he has worked with public-sector organizations, enterprises, software companies and consulting firms on large-scale technology initiatives.
His experience includes helping organizations modernize mission-critical business processes while pursuing measurable operational and financial improvements.
FourthSquare said Ezring has helped companies generate annual revenue growth of approximately 20% to 30%.
He has also supported the expansion of organizations to more than $75 million in annual revenue.
As president and chief revenue officer, Ezring will work closely with FourthSquare’s leadership team to develop customer relationships, expand strategic partnerships and improve the company’s go-to-market execution.
He will also focus on connecting FourthSquare’s technical capabilities with the business priorities of organizations modernizing their operations.
FourthSquare provides enterprise technology services involving AI, cloud infrastructure, data platforms and managed services.
The company’s offerings include enterprise and agentic AI applications designed to help organizations automate workflows and improve decision-making.
Agentic AI systems can complete multistep tasks, interact with enterprise software and take actions based on defined objectives and operating controls.
FourthSquare also provides Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data platform and AI solutions.
These services are intended to help customers modernize data environments, implement cloud technologies and introduce AI capabilities into existing business systems.
The company’s managed services offering supports customers that require ongoing technical operations, monitoring and optimization after an initial implementation.
FourthSquare believes organizations increasingly need strategic partners that combine enterprise technology expertise with the ability to execute AI and cloud transformation programs.
Businesses may face challenges involving legacy systems, fragmented data, complex integrations and limited internal resources when pursuing modernization.
Ezring’s experience across Oracle technologies, enterprise applications and large-scale transformation initiatives is expected to support FourthSquare as it addresses those requirements.
His appointment also strengthens the company’s executive leadership as it seeks to expand its position in enterprise digital transformation.
FourthSquare plans to continue developing AI-powered solutions that help customers modernize operations, improve efficiency and prepare their technology environments for future growth.
