Foxtrot Professional Services, a Foundry-native Palantir partner founded by Palantir alumni, announced it delivered 9.1x year-over-year revenue growth as enterprise customers shift from AI experimentation to deploying governed, operator-trusted systems in production.
The company said it achieved the growth while remaining profitable and bootstrapped since inception, and has now closed a Series A financing round led by Spicewood Ventures, with Scare the Bear Capital participating. Foxtrot said the funding will support expanded delivery capacity across commercial and federal sectors.
Foxtrot framed the current enterprise AI bottleneck as the “last mile,” emphasizing operational trust, governance that holds up under scrutiny, and workflows that people adopt in daily operations. The company said it turns complex, fragmented enterprise data into governed workflows in Palantir Foundry to help operators make decisions with speed, confidence, and control, citing work across manufacturing, healthcare supply chains, logistics, and other operational environments.
Foxtrot said it grew its team and customer base 4x over the past year and now supports customers across industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, fintech, insurance, and federal. The company said the Series A will fund its next phase of growth, including expanding delivery leadership and engineering capacity, strengthening go-to-market execution, and accelerating repeatable workflow patterns and packaged offerings intended to shorten time-to-value and translate AI investments into sustained business outcomes.
KEY QUOTES
“Most teams can get something working. Very few can get it trusted, adopted, and scaled. We build for that handoff from day one. Governance is engineered in, operators are part of the design, and we stay accountable to outcomes after go-live. The work is technical, but the difference is human. People change systems when they trust them.”
Christine Williams, Co-Chief Executive Officer, Foxtrot Professional Services
“From inception, Foxtrot has been built around business outcomes, exceptional engineering, and a full-lifecycle approach to enterprise AI transformation. In parallel, the founders have been deliberate and relentless in cultivating an incredible culture, assembling a highly capable leadership team, and deepening Foxtrot’s impact within the Palantir ecosystem. This foundation, alongside the market’s shift toward scaled, production-grade AI deployments, positions Foxtrot as a clear leader and premier partner in the enterprise AI services market.”
John Papadia, Managing Partner, Spicewood Ventures
“What impressed us most was Foxtrot’s depth, not just in AI capabilities, but in how those capabilities are operationalized at scale. Their work demonstrates what responsible, production-grade AI looks like, which is exactly what the federal market requires.”
Matt Dean, Founder, Scare the Bear Capital
