Frazier Healthcare Partners has named Tom Rodgers Senior Partner, effective October 2026, adding an executive with more than 35 years of experience across healthcare strategy, corporate development and venture investing.
Rodgers will work with Frazier’s Growth Buyout teams, providing strategic guidance on investment evaluation, portfolio company value creation and healthcare sector opportunities.
He most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer of McKesson, where he was a member of the company’s Executive Operating Team and oversaw enterprise growth strategy, its acquisition pipeline, venture investments and an internal innovation team.
Before becoming CSO, Rodgers led the launch and expansion of McKesson’s venture fund and previously directed strategy for its pharmaceutical distribution business.
Rodgers previously served as Director of Strategic Investments at Cambia Health and as a Partner at Advanced Technology Ventures, where he led healthcare technology investments. Earlier roles included positions at Genentech, Fitlinxx, IBM and The Wilkerson Group.
Frazier Healthcare Partners was founded in 1991 and focuses exclusively on healthcare investing. The firm has raised more than $11 billion for private funds and co-investment opportunities and invested in more than 200 companies over the past 35 years.
