The partnership will enable FSS Technologies to expand its geographic reach, enhance its service capabilities, and pursue strategic acquisitions, further strengthening its position as a trusted provider of mission-critical safety infrastructure.
Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, FSS Technologies designs, installs, and maintains customized systems for access control, video surveillance, fire detection, and other safety technologies. Since its acquisition in 2016, the company has grown tenfold, driven by a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that protect people, property, and assets across multiple industries.
Through its collaboration with Lightview Capital, FSS Technologies will gain access to new resources and strategic support to continue scaling its operations and competing in the M&A market. The partnership emphasizes shared values, a commitment to innovation, and alignment on long-term vision.
Glass Lake Holdings (GLH) served as the independent sponsor for the transaction and will continue to assist FSS Technologies and Lightview in future acquisitions, integration, and operational execution.
