FTI Consulting has appointed Eileen Fargis as Senior Managing Director in its global Power, Renewables & Energy Transition practice. Based in New York, Fargis brings three decades of experience across conventional power, renewable energy, infrastructure investing, and corporate leadership. Her appointment expands FTI Consulting’s advisory capabilities as electricity demand, AI infrastructure development, and changing capital requirements create new challenges for energy companies and investors.
At FTI Consulting, Fargis will advise clients on strategic planning, capital allocation, transactions, operational improvements, financial restructurings, and portfolio management.
Her work will support businesses and investors navigating growing electricity demand, data center expansion, regulatory changes, supply-chain constraints, and evolving investment requirements.
Fargis previously held senior investment positions at GE Energy Financial Services, IFC Asset Management Company, and InterEnergy Holdings.
Her responsibilities included co-leading a multisector private equity fund, overseeing investments for an international power company, and supporting infrastructure acquisitions and platform expansion.
She also served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Growth Officer of a U.S. power developer, helping guide the company through rapid expansion and strategic changes.
Additionally, Fargis has advised energy and infrastructure companies through Overlook Energy Advisors and served on boards of energy and infrastructure businesses in the United States, Latin America, and other international markets.
FTI Consulting generated $3.8 billion in revenue during fiscal 2025 and had more than 8,100 employees across 32 countries and territories as of June 30, 2026.
