FuboTV reported record fiscal Q3 North America subscribers of 5.75 million as its integration with Disney Advertising begins improving advertising capacity utilization and CPMs across the combined streaming business.

North America paid subscribers increased 2% year-over-year from 5.63 million. North America revenue reached $1.474 billion, while total global revenue was $1.482 billion. Rest of World subscribers reached 356,000 compared with 349,000 in the prior-year period.

The reported revenue comparison reflects FuboTV’s October 2025 combination with Disney’s Hulu + Live TV business. On a pro forma basis that assumes the businesses were combined in the comparable prior-year period, Q3 global revenue was approximately $1.484 billion a year earlier and North America revenue was $1.475 billion.

Management highlighted advertising as an emerging benefit of the combination. FuboTV said it saw encouraging improvements in advertising capacity utilization and CPMs following completion of its integration with Disney Advertising.

The company is also refining its programming and packaging strategy around major sports events. Management pointed to strong subscriber acquisition during the NBA Finals and FIFA World Cup 2026, supported by flexible programming packages and new user experiences.

The combined company owns Hulu + Live TV, Fubo and Molotov and is an affiliate of The Walt Disney Company. FuboTV described itself as the sixth-largest Pay TV company and second-largest U.S. virtual multichannel video programming distributor based on UBS estimates.

FuboTV generated $19.1 million of adjusted EBITDA during Q3 and ended the quarter with $236.4 million of cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash. It raised fiscal 2026 Pro Forma Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $90 million to $100 million from $80 million to $100 million.

The company continues to target at least $300 million of adjusted EBITDA in fiscal 2028 and expects positive free cash flow in fiscal 2027 and fiscal 2028 under its current operating plan.
