FUJIFILM Business Innovation has entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire ETG Global Information Technology Services Inc., strengthening its IT talent base and accelerating global expansion of its ERP system sales and implementation support business.

The acquisition covers ETG Global Information Technology Services Inc. and its group companies, ETG US., Inc. and ETG Consulting Inc. Following the transaction, ETG Global will change its name to FUJIFILM ETG Global Inc., with its US and Canada entities also adopting the FUJIFILM ETG Global branding.

Headquartered in Istanbul, ETG Global operates primarily in Turkey, the United States and Canada. The company focuses on the sale and implementation of ERP systems centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. It has been recognized for its technical capabilities, including selection for the INNER CIRCLE award given to the top 1% of Microsoft partners, as well as its status as a Microsoft Certified Trainer.

As demand for skilled IT professionals continues to grow globally, ETG Global has built a framework for recruiting and developing IT professionals with deep expertise in ERP system implementation. The company maintains a sizable pool of IT engineers and advanced training capabilities, including the ability for highly specialized engineers to deliver product training directly to customers beyond system implementation.

FUJIFILM Business Innovation launched its ERP system sales and implementation support business in 2022 and has since expanded its footprint through acquisitions in Japan and Australia. The company now holds a leading market share in the mid-sized and small enterprise segment for Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales and implementation support in both Japan and Australia.

By combining FUJIFILM Business Innovation’s delivery capabilities in Japan and Australia with ETG Global’s technical expertise and IT talent development infrastructure, the company aims to enhance global resource allocation and further support the overseas expansion of customer companies. The move is expected to accelerate growth in its ERP system sales and implementation support business worldwide.
