Fullcast, an AI-native revenue operations platform for go-to-market teams, announced it has promoted Britt Davies to chief people officer as the company expands and increases investment in recruiting, employee experience, and culture.

Fullcast said Davies, who has more than 15 years of experience in human resources and people strategy, will lead talent acquisition, employee experience, and cultural development. The company framed the move as part of its effort to build a high-performance organization as it scales its integrated “Plan-to-Pay” platform.

Davies has been credited with helping establish Fullcast’s culture and talent programs, including initiatives to improve employee engagement and streamline onboarding, according to the company. Fullcast said she holds an Executive MBA from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
