Function announced the closing of $450 million in growth financing from General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund. The financing will accelerate the company’s mission to help millions more people understand and take ownership of their health.
Since its early beta launch in 2023, Function has brought lab testing, imaging, and personalized intelligence into a single platform. The new capital will enable Function to bring its platform to more people faster.
The financing follows Function’s second-quarter expansion acquisitions of Getlabs’ nationwide at-home and office blood draw network and SuppCo’s supplement platform. Function offers access to more than 160 lab tests, including biannual testing, starting at $365 per year. The company also offers MRI and CT scanning for an additional cost below $1,000, available across more than 200 locations nationwide.
