Funnel has secured an $80 million debt facility to support its next phase of growth, with HSBC Innovation Banking and Hercules Capital partnering on the financing. HSBC Innovation Banking UK provided a $35 million revolving credit facility as part of the broader package, positioning Funnel to expand its global footprint while continuing to invest in product development.
The facility is designed to provide Funnel with additional flexibility as it scales internationally and advances its marketing intelligence and reporting platform. Lenders framed the financing as growth capital that can support continued innovation as customers navigate increasingly complex marketing data environments and tighter budget scrutiny.
Funnel is a marketing intelligence platform that helps brands and agencies connect and interpret performance data across a wide range of sources. Hercules highlighted the company’s ability to connect data across more than 600 platforms and automate reporting workflows, describing these capabilities as key drivers of customer loyalty and ongoing growth.
HSBC Innovation Banking UK emphasized the strategic nature of the financing as Funnel pursues global expansion and additional product investment. Both lenders also highlighted AI-powered development priorities and a focus on Funnel’s path to profitability as core themes for the company’s next stage.
