GA Group announced the acquisition of Done Right Merchandising, a family-owned provider of store opening, remodeling, fixturing, and retail services. The deal marks a strategic expansion for GA Group as it broadens beyond retail liquidation into a more diversified retail services platform.
Founded in 2006, Done Right Merchandising has built a national reputation for new store builds, remodels, resets, fixturing, and reverse logistics services for retailers across the United States. Through the acquisition, GA Group aims to create cross-selling opportunities and offer retailers a full lifecycle suite of services. Done Right Merchandising will also gain access to GA Group’s capital resources and retail relationships to support continued expansion and innovation.
GA Group said the acquisition aligns with its strategy to deepen customer relationships and establish recurring service offerings that can grow market share over time. Both companies emphasized a commitment to seamless integration and long-term growth as the retail industry continues evolving.
Founded more than 50 years ago, GA Group provides advisory, valuation, liquidation, lending, restructuring advisory, investment banking, and real estate services across multiple industries. The company is majority-owned by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management.
