G&A Partners announced the expansion of its Human Capital Management (HCM) division by acquiring the last two independently operated AmCheck franchises, one in Austin, Texas, and the other in Las Vegas, Nevada. Through this acquisition, G&A Partners, a leading national professional employer organization (PEO) and human resources outsourcing (HRO) provider, is reinforcing a commitment to delivering scalable, robust HCM technology to growing businesses nationwide.

This deal enables G&A Partners to strengthen its ties to Texas, where the Houston-based company has a significant presence statewide, and Nevada, where Allen grew up. Since 2006 (AmCheck Austin) and 2007 (AmCheck Las Vegas), the AmCheck companies have established themselves as trusted partners to their clients, building meaningful relationships and providing exceptional service.
