Galaxy Service Partners has completed a partnership with Central Door Solutions, a Wisconsin commercial dock and door service provider, marking Galaxy’s 10th acquisition since its launch in 2025 and its fourth acquisition of 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Central Door Solutions is based in Plover, Wisconsin, with an additional location in New Berlin. The company recently acquired Fox Valley Overhead Door in Appleton and has operated in Wisconsin for more than 20 years.
Galaxy was formed as an alliance of commercial door, automatic gate, and access control businesses focused on maintenance, service, and installation.
The company is building its network through acquisitions while allowing business owners to retain unit-level ownership in their operations. Galaxy’s model is designed to let owners receive liquidity while continuing to participate in annual distributions and the potential value of an eventual exit.
Galaxy also retains the employees and management teams of its partner companies while providing additional resources and operating processes intended to support growth.
Central Door Solutions was founded in 2004 and provides commercial dock and door services from its Wisconsin locations.
