GALLS has announced the acquisition of CMS Uniforms and Equipment, Inc., a regional provider based in Nashville, Tennessee, strengthening its position as a leading supplier of uniforms and equipment for public safety professionals.
The acquisition combines GALLS’ national logistics capabilities and extensive product portfolio with CMS Uniforms’ localized expertise and strong customer relationships. By integrating CMS Uniforms’ operations, GALLS is expanding its footprint in key markets, including Nashville, enabling faster and more efficient access to essential gear for law enforcement, firefighters, paramedics, and other first responders.
CMS Uniforms, founded in 2000, has built a reputation for managing complex uniform programs and delivering customer service across more than 670 accounts. The company supports thousands of personnel, including police officers, deputy sheriffs, and firefighters. With the integration into GALLS’ network, these agencies will gain access to expanded resources while maintaining the localized service they rely on.
The combined organization is focused on improving delivery speed, maintaining consistent inventory availability, and ensuring public safety agencies remain operationally ready. CMS customers will also benefit from GALLS’ technology offerings, including custom web portals designed to streamline ordering and enhance administrative oversight.
