GameRun announced it has raised $4 million to expand its AI-driven biomechanical intelligence platform, which aims to transform how athletes train, perform, and manage injury risk.

The funding includes participation from former professional athletes and family offices and will support product development, hiring, and expansion across major sports, including baseball, hockey, soccer, and basketball.

GameRun’s platform combines artificial intelligence, physics, and biomechanics to deliver near real-time insights for athletes, coaches, and organizations. The system is designed to move beyond traditional video analysis by understanding human movement at a deeper level, enabling the prediction of performance outcomes and the identification of injury risks.

The platform is already used by more than 40 organizations, including universities, elite academies, and training programs. It has also been integrated into player evaluation workflows, including use by USA Baseball for its National Team Identification Series.

GameRun positions its technology as a foundational layer for human performance, enabling data-driven decision-making across athlete development and competitive environments. The company also plans to expand globally and explore adjacent applications where biomechanical intelligence can enhance performance and outcomes.
